Help for purchased plugin(s) is given up to one year. You can expect a response within 1 Working Day.
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the our plugin’s.
- Fixing bugs and reported issues of our plugin.
- Providing updates for all our plugins to ensure compatibility with new plugin software versions.
Does NOT Include :-
- other Theme or plugin Customization.
- Requests that require Custom Coding.
- Help for third-party plugins.
If you are having any problem getting the product to work, you must give us to chance to solve any problem you have by initiating an e-mail to email@example.com or raise a help ticket from My Account. If we also cannot make our product work, will be happy to provide a full amount refund within 10 days of the original purchase. After 10 days, no refunds will be given.
NOTE: When Refunds will not be approved if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our Products and will assist you in solving any queries you have, but we also expect you to genuinely understand what you are purchasing and why.
When a refund does not need to be given :-
